If you should run into some arbitrary permitting issues that would prevent a full Platform, we have several work arounds. As you can see, we have ways to modify the square footage. Another thing to keep in mind is if you have mobility issues that would prevent you from using a typical boat lift, you could invoke the ADA that would require the permitting agencies to make “reasonable “accommodations. This lift has no decking
